What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers the initial design, development, and configuration of your project. It ensures we can start building your solution right away.
What's the minimum contract period?
All plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. This allows us to deliver a quality project while keeping monthly costs accessible.
How do loyalty discounts work?
Discounts are applied automatically at the start of each new year. Year 2 gets 15% off, year 3 gets 25% off, and from year 4 onwards you enjoy a 50% discount.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. We'll apply a prorated credit from your current plan toward the new one.
